Silvie looks forward to being COSA’s Social Media Chair for the 2022-23 season! Silvie started playing violin in the sixth grade. She was section leader for both her high school orchestra and musical pit orchestra and is even a first-division state finalist. In addition to their violin, Silvie also enjoys playing the piano, viola, and ukulele. Music has helped her overcome adversity, prompting her to join the Concert Orchestra to not only grow as a person and musician but also to foster a strong sense of community.
Outside of the ensemble, Silvie is involved with activism and is passionate about human rights. She is the Vice President and Finance Executive of an upcoming club, Letters for Change. After MSU, they plan to pursue Law or a graduate program.
